摘要
提出了一种基于GIS和MIKE FLOOD计算平台,将反映积水深度和积水时间的城市内涝积水特征数据和反映城市人口密度分布等城市内涝暴露脆弱性数据进行耦合计算,实现对城市内涝风险进行综合评估的模型。该模型采用层次分析法确定每个因子的权重,将GIS模糊评价技术和空间制图技术相结合,实现了城市内涝风险分布的清晰和直观表达,该研究结果对于高效的城市内涝管理政策和应急预案的制定可起到科学的支撑作用。
An urban flooding risk comprehensive assessment model was proposed based on GIS and MIKE FLOOD computing platform, in which the urban waterlogging characteristic data reflecting the depth & duration and the urban waterlogging exposure vulnerability data such as urban population density distribution were coupled to calculate. In this model, the weight of each factor was determined by the analytic hierarchy process, and the clear and intuitive expression of urban waterlogging risk distribution was realized by a combination of GIS fuzzy evaluation technology and spatial mapping technology. The results can be scientifically used to support the formulation of efficient urban waterlogging management policies and emergency plans.
