简要介绍国内水污染物排污权交易的发展现状,重点介绍浙江、江苏、山东、广东、福建等省印染行业水污染物排污权有偿使用和交易的情况,根据实际情况提出了切实可行的排污权交易政策建议。

This paper briefly introduced the development status of domestic water pollutant emission trading. The paper focused on the paid use and trading of water pollutant emission rights in printing and dyeing industries in Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Fujian and others province. Feasible policy suggestions were proposed for water pollutant emission trading according to the actual situation.
