摘要
系统介绍了聚乳酸纤维的分散染料高温高压染色工艺,分析了温度、pH、时间和助剂等工艺条件对染色的影响。实验表明:聚乳酸纤维高温高压染色的最佳染色温度为110℃,染色pH=4～5,染色时间为30 min。
The high temperature and pressure dyeing process of disperse dye of polylactic acid (PLA) fiber was systematically introduced. The effects of temperature,pH,time and auxiliary on the dyeing were analyzed. The results showed that the optimum dyeing temperature of PLA fiber for high temperature and pressure dyeing was 110 ℃,dyeing pH was 4~5,and the dyeing time was 30 min.
