摘要
选取弱酸性染料、金属络合染料和活性染料对羊毛/貂绒混纺产品进行染色,分别采用分浴和同浴两种方法。采用正交实验对染液用量、硫酸钠用量和pH进行优化,测试染色后织物的上染率、色差和固色率。弱酸性染料分浴上染羊毛貂绒纤维的最佳工艺为:染料用量3%,硫酸钠用量10%,pH为5;同浴染色工艺:染料用量5%,硫酸钠用量12%,pH=4。金属络合染料分浴上染最佳工艺为:染料用量5%,硫酸钠用量10%,pH=3;同浴染色工艺:染料用量3%,硫酸钠用量10%,pH=5。活性染料分浴与同浴上染最佳工艺均为染料用量5%,硫酸钠用量12%,pH=4。
Tracid dye,metal complex dye and reactive were selected to dye on wool /mink cashmere blended products by one- bath and two- bath methods. The dye concentration,the concentration of sodium sulfate and pH were optimized by orthogonal test and the dye uptake,color difference and fixation rate of dyed fabrics were also tested. The optimum process of dyeing wool/mink cashmere fiber with tracid dye in two-bath was as follows: dye concentration 3%,the concentration of sodium sulfate 10%,pH=5. The process of one-bath dyeing was as follows: dye concentration 5%,sodium sulfate concentration 12%,pH=4. The best dyeing process for the metal complex dye bath was as follows: dye 5%, sodium sulfate 10%,pH=3. The same bath dyeing process was as follows: the amount of dye 3%,the amount of sodium sulfate 10%,pH=5. The optimum dyeing process of reactive dyes in one-bath and two-bath process were dye concentration 5%,sodium sulfate concentration 12%,pH=4.
