新型固色剂在锦纶染色织物上的应用

Application research of novel fixing agent on nylon dyed fabric

将新型多胺类无醛固色剂对锦纶染色织物进行固色处理,并优化固色工艺。结果表明:酸性染料染色锦纶织物固色后,耐水洗色牢度和耐汗渍色牢度显著提高;新型多胺固色剂在锦纶酸性染色中的固色效果优异。

The wet rubbing fastness of nylon/spandex stretch fabric was difficult to meet high-end demands. A novel polyamine non- formaldehyde fixing agent was utilized on the fixation of nylon dyed fabric and the fixing process was optimized. The results showed that the color fastness to soaping and perspiration of nylon fabric dyed with acid dyes was significantly improved. The new polyamine fixing agent possessed excellent fixing effect in acid dyeing of nylon.
