探讨了活性染料湿蒸过程中,染液与固色碱混合液中几种常用表面活性剂对湿蒸布面染深性的影响。采用最佳工艺进行布面染色,然后测试色牢度。湿蒸过程中加入表面活性剂可提高湿蒸布面的染深性。

The influence of several surfactants commonly used in the solution of dye and chromatic alkali on dyeing depth of wet steamed cloth were discussed during the reactive wet steaming dyeing process. The fabrics were dyed with the optimum process and then the color fastness were tested. The addition of a surfactant during the steaming process was able to increase the dyeing depth of the wet steamed cloth.
