糖尿病肾病血液透析患者自我管理及心理状况的研究进展

Research advances in the self-management and psychological status in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy

随着糖尿病发病率逐年增高,糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)在维持性血液透析患者中所占的比例也日益升高。国外对于DN血液透析患者自我管理的研究较为丰富,但是国内研究较为局限。通过检索并整理国内外近年来发表的相关文献,发现对于DN血液透析患者自我管理研究内容主要集中在以下3个方面:自我管理水平及心理状况的现状、自我管理水平及心理状况的相关影响因素、改善自我管理水平及心理状况所实施的干预措施。本文对以上内容进行概括总结,为提高DN血液透析患者的自我管理能力和心理状况提供理论依据。

As the incidence of diabetes increases year by year,the proportion of maintenance hemodialysis patients due to diabetic nephropathy(DN)is also increasing.The studies on self-management in hemodialysis patients with DN are abundant in foreign countries,but are limited in China.By searching and collating relevant foreign and Chinese literature published in recent years,we found that the studies of self-management in hemodialysis patients with DN mainly focused on three aspects:the self-management level and psychological status,the factors relating to self-management level and psychological status,and the intervention measures to improve self-management level and psychological status.This article summarizes the above content and provides a theoretical basis for improving self-management ability and psychological status in hemodialysis patients with DN.
