妇科不孕症患者行宫腹腔镜治疗手术室护理配合要点分析

Analysis of key points of nursing cooperation in operation room for gynecologic infertility patients undergoing laparoscopy

目的分析妇科不孕症患者行宫腹腔镜治疗手术室护理配合要点。方法以本院妇科在2016年6月~2018年6月间纳入治疗的96例不孕症患者为研究主体。均行腹腔镜手术治疗,随机分成A组和B组,均是48例。A组给予手术室护理,B组给予常规护理。对比护理效果。结果 A组的临床指标均优于B组,对比有差异(P<0.05)。A组的不良反应发生率为8.33%,B组为27.08%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。A组的护理满意度为95.83%,B组为79.17%,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论为不孕症行腹腔镜手术患者实施手术室护理可改善其临床指标,减少不良反应,具有较高的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the main points of nursing cooperation in gynecologic infertility patients undergoing laparoscopy in operation room.Methods 96 infertile women who were admitted to the Department of gynecology in our hospital in June 2016 -2018 June were selected as the research subjects. All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery and were randomly divided into group A and group B, 48 cases. Group A was given operation room nursing and group B was given routine nursing. The effect of nursing was compared.Results The clinical indexes in group A were better than those in group B (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 8.33%, and that in group B was 27.08%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group A was 95.83%,and group B was 79.17%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Operation room nursing for infertility patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can improve their clinical indicators, reduce adverse reactions, and have higher nursing satisfaction.
