甲硝唑与利维爱联合治疗老年性阴道炎临床价值及对患者生活质量的影响

The clinical value of metronidazole combined with Levi's love in treating senile vaginitis and its influence on the quality of life of patients

目的分析甲硝唑+利维爱,对老年性阴道炎患者临床效果。方法以随机平行方式,将我中心2017年6月~2018年6月撷取96例老年性阴道炎患者,均分为甲组、乙组。甲组经甲硝唑+利维爱治疗,乙组经甲硝唑治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果甲组和乙组比较治疗总有效率、临床相关指标、生活质量评分,P<0.05。两组比较不良反应,P>0.05。结论老年性阴道炎治疗中采用甲硝唑+利维爱,可达到较好的临床效果,有效改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metronidazole + levy love on senile vaginitis. Methods A total of 96 cases of senile vaginitis were collected from June 2017 to June 2018 in our center in a random and parallel manner,all of which were divided into group a and group b. Group a was treated with metronidazole + levy love,and group b was treated with metronidazole to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate, clinical correlation index and quality of life score were compared between group a and group b,P<0.05.Adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,P>0.05. Conclusion metronidazole + levy love can be used in the treatment of senile vaginitis to achieve better clinical effects and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
