孕期健康宣教和干预对降低剖宫产率的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of health education and intervention during pregnancy on reducing cesarean section rate

目的观察研究孕期健康宣教和干预对降低剖宫产率的影响。方法将2016年1月~2018年3月我院诊治的70例孕妇分为两组,对照组常规开展孕期知识普及与门诊指导,观察组同时开展孕期健康宣教与护理干预,对比两组分娩知识知晓情况、分娩主观意愿与分娩结局。结果与对照组孕妇相比,观察组孕妇关于分娩知识的完全知晓率更高,自然分娩选择率更高,不知晓率更低,两组间数据差异有显著意义(x^2=8.811、6.252、6.563,P=0.003、0.013、0.012);观察组自然分娩率明显高于对照组,卡方检验提示两组数据差异具有统计显著性(x^2=4.163,P=0.027)。结论通过孕期健康宣教和针对性护理干预,孕妇对分娩知识的知晓率大大提高,自然分娩主观意愿明显加强,对降低剖宫产率有积极意义,值得临床加以推广和应用。

Objective To observe the effect of health education and intervention during pregnancy on reducing cesarean section rate.Methods 70 pregnant women diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were divided into two groups. The control group routinely carried out pregnancy knowledge and outpatient guidance. The observation group also carried out pregnancy health education and nursing intervention, comparing two groups of delivery. Knowledge knowing, subjective willingness to give birth and outcome of childbirth.Results Compared with the pregnant women in the control group, the observation group had a higher rate of complete knowledge of childbirth knowledge, a higher rate of natural childbirth selection, and a lower rate of unawareness. The data were significantly different between the two groups (x^2=8.811,6.252,6.563,P=0.003,0.013,0.0 12);the natural delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The chisquare test indicated that the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x^2=4.163,P=0.027). Conclusion Through pregnancy health education and targeted nursing intervention, the awareness rate of pregnant women's knowledge of childbirth is greatly improved, and the subjective willingness of natural childbirth is obviously strengthened, which has positive significance for reducing the cesarean section rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
