三维超声下子宫输卵管造影评价输卵管通畅性 被引量:1

Evaluation of fallopian tube patency by hysterosalpingography under three-dimensional ultrasound

摘要 目的研究三维超声下子宫输卵管造影评价输卵管通畅性。方法选择不孕症患者58例,首先将双腔导管头部置入宫腔内,经导管注入第二代超声造影剂声诺维(SonoVue),通过经阴道的三维超声实时观察造影剂在宫腔及双侧输卵管的流通情况,并采用三维超声造影重建技术来获得子宫及双侧输卵管三维立体空间图形,观察并评估输卵管的通畅情况。结果 58例患者,116条输卵管,其中67条通畅,38条通而不畅,11条阻塞。并将三维超声造影结果与X线碘油造影结果相比,一致性较高。结论经阴道三维超声造影技术能够实时、准确、快速、安全的展示子宫输卵管的结构、走形及通畅情况,并通过三维重建技术得到三维立体直观图形,让广大医患人员均能轻松了解临床检查结果,值得在临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the patency of fallopian tubes by hysterosalpingography under three-dimensional ultrasound.Methods 58 patients with infertility were selected. The double-lumen catheter was placed into the uterine cavity. The second-generation ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue was injected through the catheter. The contrast agent was observed in real time through transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound.The circulation of the uterine cavity and the bilateral fallopian tubes,and the three-dimensional contrast-enhanced reconstruction technique was used to obtain the three-dimensional spatial pattern of the uterus and the bilateral fallopian tubes,and the patency of the fallopian tubes was observed and evaluated.Results 58 patients.116 fallopian tubes, of which 67 are unobstructed,38 are not smooth,and 11 are blocked.The results of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound were higher than those of X-ray iodine angiography. Conclusion: Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology can display the structure,shape and patency of the uterine fallopian tube in real time,accurately,quickly and safely,and obtain three-dimensional and intuitive images through three-dimensional reconstruction technology,so that the majority of doctors and patients can easily understand the clinical The results of the examination are worthy of clinical promotion.
