不同年龄段患者促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂方案与激动剂方案助孕结局比较

摘要 目的观察不同年龄段患者接受促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(GnRH-ant),以及促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)两种方案助孕的结局。方法选取本院2016年5月～2017年5月期间GnRH-ant助孕患者为A组(60例),以同期GnRH-a助孕患者为B组(60例);两组患者中按照38岁界线分为A1和A2,A1和A2患者分别为低于和超过38岁组;B组患者年龄分组同A组,分为B1与B2;对比A1、B1组与A2、B2组患者的结局。结果 A1、B1组患者的促性腺激素总量低于A2、B2组患者,HCG日E2值、OHSS发生率、胚胎种植率以及临床妊娠率高于A2、B2组高于A2、B2组患者,统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂可减少年龄低于38岁患者的Gn用量,也可降低OHSS的发生概率,在不同年龄阶段患者中,使用拮抗剂或激动剂在助孕结局上均无明显的影响。
