基于Adams的高压断路器建模及合闸弹跳仿真分析

摘要 以EVH1-12高可靠性真空断路器为原型,通过Pro/e按图纸进行1:1建模并导入Adams软件中建立多刚体动力学虚拟样机,通过对影响合闸弹跳因素的仿真分析,将得到的数据与型式试验数据对比,获得了设计参数,为后期的新产品研发提供了可靠有效的技术支持,可降低研发成本,缩短研发周期。 The high-reliability vacuum circuit breaker, EVH1-12 was taken as the prototype. The model was built by Pro/e according to the drawing and imported into Adams.The rigid multi-body dynamics virtual prototype was built in the software. The simulation analysis of the factors affecting the switching bounce was completed.The obtained data was compared with the type test data in order to accumulate the modeling experience and obtain the design parameters, which provide the reliable, effective technical support for the later new product research and development, so as to reduce the cost of research and development, and to shorten the research and development cycle.
