摘要
为解决深部矿井冲击地压大、巷道高温高湿等危险条件对钻孔施工的影响,设计了一种钻机远程控制系统。该远控系统由钻机近端和远控端组成,两者之间采用CAN和光纤通信来实现数据和视频图像传输,钻机近端以车用PLC为控制核心实现数据采集和控制功能,以CoDeSys为工具开发底层程序。远控端以单片机和PC104为核心,实现远程指令的收发和显示,上位机扩展CAN接口,通过LabVIEW开发显示界面。实际应用结果表明:该远控系统实现了800 m远程控制,具备响应速度快、操作方便、可靠性高、人机交互友好等优点,为煤矿井下无人值守的自动化钻场提供了一种控制系统。
In order to solve the influence of the dangerous conditions in the deep mine,such as large percussive ground pressure and high temperature and humidity of the roadways in deep mines on drilling operation,a remote control drilling rig control system is designed.The control system consists of local control terminal and remote control terminal,both communicating by CAN(Controller Area Network)bus and optical fiber for data and image.Local control terminal core uses automobile PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)as the control core to realize data acquisition and control,develops program in CoDeSys.The remote control terminal,based on MCU and PC104,realizes the remote command transmit-receive and display,and display interface of PC extending CAN interface,is developed by LabVIEW.The actual application results of the control system show that the control system has achieved remote 800 meters control,has the advantages of fast response,convenient operation,high reliability,friendly man-machine interaction and so on.
