摘要 针对当前电动汽车动力电池组的相变冷却问题,设计了一种将冷却、导热和蓄热结合的电池热管理系统。创建基于相变材料熔化实验验证的电池组及其热管理系统仿真模型。通过对模型中不同电池间距、不同导热结构、不同蓄热结构的冷却效果模拟,得出了优化模型参数,分析了优化模型在低温情况下的保温效果,验证该结构设计的电池组及热管理系统冷却与保温功能良好。 Aiming at the problem of the phase change cooling electric vehicle battery pack, a type of thermal management system cooling structure, thermal conduction structure and thermal storage structure were designed. Based on the simulation model verified by phase change material melting test, the model of EV battery pack and its thermal management system were numerically simulated. Through simulating cooling effect of different battery spacing, different thermal conduction structure and different heat storage structure, the optimized model parameters were obtained. The insulation effect of optimized model was analyzed at low temperature. The results show that the designed battery pack and thermal management system have effective cooling and insulation functions.
