党的十九大报告提出了统筹山水林田湖草系统治理的生态文明建设路径,为在新的历史方位推进水污染防治工作指明了方向,本文遵循山水林田湖草生命共同体的思想理念,以佛山市广佛跨界水环境治理实践为例,分析广佛跨界河流污染整治面临的主要问题并着重提出相关治理建议。
