摘要
机泵是油田地面生产系统的主要能耗设备之一,其中电机负载率的变化将直接影响电机效率与耗电量大小,针对电机负载率功率法测试的适应性进行了详细的分析,得出其测试适应范围。
pump is one of the main energy-consuming equipments in oil field surface production system, and the change of motor load rate will directly affect motor efficiency and power consumption. In this paper, the adaptability of motor load rate power method test is analyzed in detail, and its test scope is obtained, which has a certain guiding significance for pump energy consumption test.
