能源计量管理在清洁生产审核中的问题及建议——以汕头市造纸企业为例

Problems and Suggestions of Energy Measurement Management in Cleaner Production Audit of Enterprises——Take Shantou Paper Enterprise as an Example

企业开展清洁生产审核是实施可持续发展的重要手段之一,清洁生产审核的成效是建立在准确性和科学性的能源计量数据上,但目前不少企业在能源计量管理上缺乏认识和管理。本文主要以汕头造纸企业为例分析能源计量管理在清洁生产审核存在的问题,建议企业做好能源计量管理,为清洁生产审核提供准确的数据,切实提审核绩效,实现企业"节能、降耗、减污、增效"的最终目的。

Cleaner production audit is one of the important means to implement sustainable development in enterprises. The effectiveness of cleaner production audit is based on accurate and scientific energy measurement data, but at present many enterprises lack understanding and management of energy measurement management. This paper mainly takes Shantou Paper Mill as an example to analyze the problems of energy measurement management in cleaner production audit. It is suggested that enterprises should do a good job in energy measurement management, provide accurate data for cleaner production audit, improve audit performance, and achieve the ultimate goal of "energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and efficiency enhancement".
