外源硅包衣对干旱胁迫下大豆幼苗生长的调控效应 被引量:3

摘要 硅能有效促进植物健康生长,增强其抵抗多种逆境能力。为此研究以不同浓度的外源硅包衣为处理,利用蛭石和草炭土(2:1)为基质栽培大豆,通过断水方式创造干旱条件研究外源硅包衣对干旱胁迫下大豆幼苗生长的调控作用。结果表明,使用适宜浓度的外源硅包衣,能增强干旱条件下大豆幼苗的新陈代谢与渗透调节能力,进而改善其株高、茎粗、侧根条数及茎叶干物质重等形态指标。除茎粗与还原糖等指标以1.20 g·kg^(-1)的外源硅包衣最佳外,其余指标均多以1.80 g·kg~(^(-1))的外源硅包衣最佳,其中株高、侧根条数、叶干重、总糖含量及可溶性蛋白含量分别增加了20.39%、15.52%、14.51%、28.58%及23.62%。因此,综合来看,外源硅的使用浓度应在1.20~1.80 g·kg^(-1)范围内效果较优。 Silicon element could effectively promote the healthy growth of plants and enhance their ability to resist multiple stresses. Soybean seedlings were coated with different concentrations of exogenous silicon,and soybean plants were cultured with a mixture of vermiculite and peat soil(2:1),the alleviative effects of exogenous silicon coating on soybean seedling growth under drought stress caused by direct stop watering were studied.The results showed that exogenous silicon coating with appropriate concentration enhanced the ability of metabolism and osmotic adjustment of soybean seedlings,then the morphological indexes such as plant height,stem diameter,number of lateral roots and dry weight of stem and leaves were improved.The stem diameter and reducing sugar content were best when seedlings were coated with 1.20 g·kg^-1 of exogenous silicon, and other indexes were best when seedlings were coated with 1.80 g·kg^-1 of exogenous silicon.The plant height,number of lateral roots,dry weight of leaves,total sugar content and soluble protein content were increased by 20.39%,15.52%,14.51%,28.58% and 23.62%,respectively.On the whole,the concentration of exogenous silicon was better in the range of 1.20 to 1.80 g·kg^-1.
