摘要
通过宏观检验、热酸蚀试验、扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相检验的方法对棒材内部孔洞进行了分析,结果表明:热轧圆棒材内部低熔点硫化物的偏聚是导致其内部产生孔洞缺陷的主要原因。
The cause for inner hole of hot rolled round bar were analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, hot acid etching test, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic analysis. The results show that the segregation of low melting point sulfides in hot rolled round bar is the main reason for the formation of hole.
