山东低灰弱粘结气煤在安钢的生产应用

摘要 介绍了2017年国家开始环保限产以来,安钢焦化厂利用周转时间大幅度延长这一有利条件,通过常规指标化验、煤岩分析、小焦炉实验等手段,成功将低灰弱粘结气煤替代优质1/3焦煤应用于工业生产,并通过完善四位一体标准化运行、调整配合煤细度、配煤系统改造等措施进行精益生产管理来保证焦炭质量的稳定,对焦化企业环保限产期间焦炭质量控制和降低成本方面具有很好的指导作用。 Since 2017, the state began to limit production for environmental protection, based on this advantage of the substantial extension of turnaround time, coking plant of Anyang Steel have successfully applied low-gray, weakly bonded coal to industrial production in place of high-quality 1/3 coking coal by means of normal index tests, coal rock analysis, and small coke oven experiments. And the stable production of coke quality is ensured through lean production management such as improving four-in-one standardized operation, adjusting and adjusting coal fineness, and reforming coal distribution systems. It has a good guiding effect on coke quality control and cost reduction during the period of environmental protection restriction in coking enterprises.
