摘要
针对热轧换辊、换钢种及换规格后首块无取向硅钢轧制时的头部厚度超差问题,通过精轧入口温度实测值修正功能调整、建立硅钢各品种的TRD轧制表、变形抗力模型参数优化及厚度控制系统自学习模型优化等,该问题得到有效地解决,首块钢头部厚度偏差小于50μm的比例从优化前的35%提高到优化后的81%。
For hot rolled non-oriented silicon steel, head thickness oversizing of the first strip occurs in case of changes in finishing rolls, steel grade and specifications. To solve this problem, effective measures, such as adjusting the correction function for the measured finishing entry temperature, constructing the TRD schedule for different silicon steel grades, optimizing the parameters for deformation resistance model and optimizing the self-learning model for gauge control system, were taken. The result shows that the proportion of strips with head thickness deviations less than 50 μm is improved from 35% to 81%.
