摘要 通过对Metso HP500圆锥破碎机液压系统的设计特点和功能进行分析,找出了因厂商局限液压系统内安全阀的调节引发的生产过程中出现的种种问题,压力安全阀被设计为不可调节,不能自动泄压,易损坏管道密封件,造成设备不能正常工作。为此,引入压力调节阀,确保了液压系统锁紧回路、释放回路、液压马达回路的正常运转,使设备运行更加可靠稳定,从而延长了设备的使用寿命,降低了成本,取得了显著的经济效益。 Through the analysis of the design features and functions of the hydraulic system of Metso HP500 cone crusher, various problems in the production process caused by the limitation of the manufacturer on the regulation of the safety valve in the hydraulic system were found. The pressure safety valve was designed as an unregulable, non-automatic pressure relief, easy to damage the pipeline seals, resulting in the failure of the equipment to work properly. The application of pressure regulating valve is introduced to ensure the normal operation of locking circuit, releasing circuit and hydraulic motor circuit of the hydraulic system, which makes the operation of the equipment more reliable and stable, prolongs the service life of the equipment, reduces the cost and achieves obvious economic benefits.
