土地银行社会绩效研究——以鹊山村美丽乡村建设为例

目前,我国农村土地银行的改革和发展还处于初级阶段,有关土地银行的各方面研究还不够全面,土地银行管理模式以及未来发展方向还有待探讨。构建土地银行社会绩效评价指标体系,不但能完善和发展我国土地银行绩效管理的相关理论,为土地银行绩效评价提供了一定的评估标准,而且有利于国家和社会对土地银行进行监督和控制,指导土地银行未来发展和管理模式的调整。本文以鹊山村为例,分析其美丽乡村建设过程中鹊山村土地银行的社会绩效,促进土地银行管理体系发展,探寻土地银行新的发展道路。
