本文深入阐述了贯彻落实国家"三位一体"改革成果——浙江"两山联合社"的创新做法及成效。通过创新中央财政、企业、社员共同出资,实现政银企风险共担、利益共享,并从产前、产中、产后全方位精准对接各项服务,推动农业金融产业链快速发展。该联合社已构建成生产、供销、资金全产业链结合的"三位一体"联合体,树立起政、银、企三方合作良好典范,并成功将财银合作助农新模式的经验复制推广至更多地区。

This article elaborates on the innovative practices and achievements of implementing the " Zhejiang Two Mountains United Society", whcih is the reform results of "Three-in-One". Through the innovation of the central government, enterprises, and members to jointly fund, to achieve the risk sharing and benefit sharing of political and financial enterprises. Also, it accurately docking various services from pre-production, production, and post-production to promote the rapid development of the agricultural financial industry chain. The United Society has built a "Three-in-one" consortium that combines production, supply and marketing, and capital industry chain. It has established a good example of cooperation among government, banking and enterprises, and successfully replicated the experience of the new model of financial and banking cooperation to promote the experience to more multiple regions.
