摘要
为实现对钡渣的充分利用,研究了不同钡渣掺量对AC-13沥青混合料的路用性能影响。结果表明,钡渣可部分代替0~3 mm细集料,沥青混合料的最佳油石比随着钡渣掺量的增加而提高,钡渣掺量为15%时,混合料高温稳定最佳;钡渣掺量为25%时,混合料的低温抗裂性和抗水损性能最佳;同时对掺钡渣的沥青混合料浸出物毒性分析得出浸出物达到环保要求,掺25%钡渣的集料7 d累计膨胀率为0. 91%,满足道路工程使用要求。研究结论是钡渣的掺量宜为15%~25%。
In order to make full use of barium slag, the properties of AC-13 asphalt mixture with different barium slag content were studied. The research results show that barium slag can partially replace the fine aggregate of 0-3mm basalt. The optimum ratio of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of barium slag. When the content of barium slag is 15%, the high temperature stability of the mixture is the best, when the content of barium slag is 25%, the low temperature crack resistance and water loss resistance of the mixture are the best. At the same time, the extract of asphalt mixed with barium slag satisfies the environmental requirements according to analysis on its toxicity, the aggregate expansion rate of 7d with 25% barium slag is 0.91%, which meets the requirements of road engineering. It is concluded that the reasonable content of barium slag is 15% to 25%.
