部分桥跨主梁病害严重的多跨梁桥技术状况评定方法探讨

Discussion on Technical Status Assessment Method of Multi-span Beam Bridge with Serious Diseases on Main Beams of Part Spans

为了客观评定病害严重的多跨梁桥的技术状况,以总跨数为28跨的某枢纽匝道梁桥为工程背景,由于该桥构件数量多,局部桥跨存在严重病害,分别对全桥整体和病害严重桥跨组成的独立单元进行技术状况评定,并将两者进行对比分析。结果表明,独立单元评定结果与外观现状更相符,更客观和合理,其结果可与全桥整体评定结果相结合,对全桥安全状态进行评估。桥梁技术状况评定需采用全桥整体评定与局部桥跨独立单元评定相结合的方式,对全桥安全状态评估会更加合理可靠。

In order to objectively assess the technical status of the multi-span bridges with serious disease, the model of the whole bridge and the independent units composed of the bridge spans with serious diseases of a hub ramp beam bridge with 28 spans was evaluated and compared in terms of their technical status. There are a large number of components and some serious diseases in the local spans of this bridge. The results show that the evaluation results of independent units are more consistent with the appearance status, more objective and reasonable. Both of these two assessment results can be combined to assess the safety state of the whole bridge, which is more reasonable and reliable.
