There is a saying in Wenling that"set up a machine and start manufcturing,rent a house and start a factory".The individual households and small workshops that grow wildly make a vital economic development for Wen ling.However,with the gradual development of the market economy,some problems appeared in Wen lings origi nally suitable business model which mainly consisted of small and medium-sized enterprises with many self-employed individuals and small workshops.Therefore,it has become a necessity for the industrial development of Wenling to regulate"low and small"and promote economic restructuring and transformation.
