摘要
中国石化长岭分公司2.80Mt/a催化裂化装置年产油浆量达到约0.1Mt/a。长期以来,催化油浆主要作为焦化装置原料处理,产品去向单一,没有其他选择,无法满足装置灵活调整的要求。催化油浆的性质与沥青原料的性质很接近,当催化油浆通过减压蒸馏,塔顶拔出轻组分后,塔底拔头油浆可作沥青原料出产品。为了将3号催化油浆中轻组分拔出,重组分用于沥青的调和原料,在催化裂化装置上采用了油浆减压拔头工艺。项目实施后,拔头油作为沥青的调和原料,按一定比例调和,可以生产出合格的200号沥青和热拌用沥青再生剂RA25。该装置在运行过程中,产品质量能够满足要求,总体运行平稳。但也出现了一些问题:装置进料量经常超过设计负荷且不稳定,塔顶温度无控制手段,原料性质不稳定,装置管线易凝结,还存在环保问题等。改进后,有效缓解了催化油浆的后续处理问题,提高了企业经济效益。
The 2.80 Mt/a FCC unitat SINOPEC Changling Company can produce 100000 tons of slurry annually.FCC slurry has long been used asraw material for delayed coking unit without other use,so it cannot meet the requirements for flexible adjustment of the unit.FCC slurry and asphalt raw material are similar in properties.After light componentsareextracted from the top of the vacuum distillation tower,the bottom topped oil slurry can be used asasphalt raw material.In order to remove the light components in the No.3 FCC slurry and use the heavy components as the blending raw material ofasphalt,slurry vacuumtopping process is adopted for the FCC unit.After implementation,the topped oil is used as blending raw material of asphalt and blended in a certain ratio,and on-spec No.200 asphalt and hot mix asphalt regenerant RA25 can be produced.During the operation of the unit,the product quality can meet the requirements and the operation is stable,but some problems are emerged.The feeding amount of the unit often exceeds the design load and is not stable,control means are not available for the overhead temperature,the properties of the raw material are unstable,the pipelines of the unit condenseeasily,and there are also environmental problems.After the improvement,the subsequent treatment problem of FCC slurry is effectively alleviated,and the economic benefit of the enterprise is improved.
