新时期进一步加强高职学院学风建设探析

A Discussion on Strengthening the Construction of Learning Style at the Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period

对目前高职院校学风建设中出现的新情况、新问题、新矛盾的思考出发,笔者分别对教学督导成员、任课教师、在校学生为对象进行了问卷调查。并对走访汇总、专题研讨和问卷调查材料进行了归纳分析,提出面对新的挑战,必须顺应形势、迎难而上,采取一系列应对举措,进一步加强学风建设,持续提高高职院校的软实力,保障在新的历史时期完成高职教育的使命,为国家和社会培养高质量的技能型人才。

It is a fundamental and long-term work for higher vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of learning style and cultivate good learning style.With the rapid development of higher vocational education and the shift of the focus of work,the style of study in higher vocational colleges presents new characteristics,and many new situations and new problems have emerged in the course of studying style construction.In the face of new challenges,we must adapt to the situation,meet difficulties,take a series of measures to deal with the situation,further strengthen the construction of academic style,continuously improve the soft power of higher vocational colleges,ensure the completion of the mission of higher vocational education in the new historical period,and train high-quality skilled personnel for the country and society.
