高校主题班会的实效性及设计模式浅析

A Brief Analysis of the Effectiveness and Design Mode of the Themed Class Meeting at the Colleges and Universities

主题班会是对学生进行德育教育的有效形式,是引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观的重要阵地。本文通过分析目前高校主题班会存在的问题,对主题班会的实效性和设计模式进行了分析,提出了提高主题班会实效性的策略,并对主题班会设计模式进行变革,拟使学生真正融入主题班会,积极参与,达到立德树人的育人目的。

Thematic class meeting is an effective form of moral education for students and an important position to guide students to establish a correct outlook on life and values.This paper not only analyzes the problems in the current themed class meetings in colleges and universities,but also analyzes the effectiveness and design mode of the class meeting.This paper put forward the strategy of improving the effectiveness of the themed class meeting,and innovate the design mode of the themed class meeting.The theme class meeting can make students really like the theme class meeting and actively participate in it,and achieve the purpose of education.
