摘要
当前,我国汽车市场已经步入中低速增长的成熟期,市场需求处于饱和状态,供求关系总体上基本平衡,但存在一些结构性的矛盾,部分细分市场需求还未得到满足,激烈的市场竞争使得处于汽车销售前沿的汽车4S店商家们处境艰难,不仅面对同行的激烈竞争,还面临新零售企业的冲击,感受到了前所未有的经营压力。本文分析了当前我国汽车市场的情况和未来的发展趋势,以及汽车4S店企业面临的经营危机,在此基础上,提出了对汽车4S店未来经营策略的一些建议,以期对改善汽车4S店的经营有些许帮助。
At present,China's automobile market has entered a mature period of medium and low-speed growth.The market demand is saturated and the relationship between supply and demand is basically balanced on the whole.However,there are some structural contradictions.Some segments of market demand have not yet been met.The fierce market competition makes the automobile 4S-Stores in the forefront of automobile sales in a difficult situation.They are not only facing fierce competition from their Peer enterprises,but also facing the impact of new retail enterprises.They feel the unprecedented pressure of management.This paper analyses the current situation and future development trend of China's automobile market,as well as the business crisis faced by automobile 4S-Stores.On this basis,the future business strategy of automobile 4S-Stores is discussed,with a view to improving the operation of automobile 4S-Stores.
