摘要 面对装备制造业不断扩大的对高素质、高技术、高技能数控维修人才的迫切需求,高职院校“数控机床故障诊断”等核心课程的教学实施效果是数控维修人才培养目标能否实现的关键因素之一。为了提高学生专业技能,增强团队协作意识,培养学生的人际沟通能力和批判性思维能力,在“数控机床故障诊断”课堂教学中采用了基于CDIO构思、设计、实施和运行的教学模式,拟为高职实践型课堂教学提供一定的借鉴和帮助。 Facing with the urgent need of equipment manufacturing industry for high-quality,high-tech and high-skilled personnel,a better teaching effect of the core courses such as"The Fault Diagnosis Of CNC Machine Tool"is one of the key factors to realize the goal of educating personnel in CNC maintenance of the higher vocational colleges.In order to improve the students'professional skills,enhance the teamwork spirit,cultivate their interpersonal communication ability and the ability of critical thinking,a teaching mode based on CDIO is adopted in the classroom teaching,which consist of engineering conception,Design,implementation and operation.The teaching mode has achieved good effect in classroom teaching of The Fault Diagnosis of CNC Machine Tool,which provides reference and assistance for the practical classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges.
