免烧砖自动生产设备液压回路系统设计分析(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 随着城市建设的不断发展,道路建设对强度高,成本低的免烧砖的需求量与日俱增,传统的生产设备已无法满足需求,因此需要研发能够适应大产量、高质量的生产装备。提出一种自动挤压成型方案,采用系统参数设计理论和AMESim系统仿真技术,完成免烧砖自动生产设备模压成型液压回路的系统设计以及给出主要元件的选型计算。基于AMESim的HCD液压元件设计库建立系统回路仿真模型,分析各回路系统运动特性和流量特性,并验证系统设计的合理性。 With the continuous development of urban construction,the demand for high strength and low cost unfired brick has been increasing for road construction.The traditional production is unable to meet the needs.Therefore,it is necessary to develop production equipment that can adapt to large production and high quality.In this paper,an automatic extrusion molding scheme is proposed;the system design of molded hydraulic circuit for automatic production equipment of non-fired brick and calculation of selection of main components are built based on the system parameter design theory and the AMESim system simulation technology.The establishment of the system loop simulation model is based on AMESim’s hydraulic component design(HCD)library to analyze the motion characteristics and flow characteristics of each loop system and to verify the rationality of the system design.
