早期康复护理应用于针灸治疗周围性面瘫的效果观察

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated by acupuncture and moxibustion

目的:探讨早期康复护理应用于针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法:选取2017年6月~2018年5月在我院行针灸治疗的140例周围性面瘫患者,按照随机数表法分为常规组(70例)和康复组(70例),常规组采取常规护理,康复组在此基础上采取早期康复护理,比较临床疗效。结果:康复组和常规组临床治疗总有效率分别为91.4%和78.6%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05).康复组面瘫康复时间和治疗费用显著低于常规组(P<0.05).护理前,康复组和常规组Portmann评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后康复组Portmann评分显著高于常规组和护理前(P<0.05).结论:早期康复护理在针灸治疗周围性面瘫中护理效果良好,不仅能提高临床治疗效果,还能促进患者早期康复。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated by acupuncture.Method: 140 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were divided into routine group (70 cases) and rehabilitation group (70 cases) according to the method of random number table. The routine group was given routine nursing, and the rehabilitation group was given early rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The clinical effects of different groups were compared.Result: The total effective rate was 91.4% and 78.6% respectively in the rehabilitation group and the routine group (P<0.05). The rehabilitation time and treatment cost of the rehabilitation group were significantly lower than those of the routine group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in Portmann score between the rehabilitation group and the routine group (P>0.05). The Portmann score in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group and before nursing (P<0.05).Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing in the acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis patients with good nursing effect, not only can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, but also can promote early rehabilitation of patients.
