摘要
重点分析螺纹联接的松动机理,把松动过程分为两个阶段,第一阶段是因螺纹根部材料的局部塑性变型造成预紧力下降的过程,第二阶段是由啮合螺纹间的微滑移和接触压力的变化引起螺母旋转后退的过程。为了更好地设计和选择防松方法,分析预紧力和预紧力矩之间的关系,探讨预紧力、摩擦力、螺纹磨损等因素对防松性能的影响。从抑制螺纹副的相对运动出发,分析国内外先进的防松方法。以横向振动试验结果为依据评估一些防松方法的性能优劣。该文为螺纹联接防松方法的设计与选用提供指导。
Focus on the analysis of the loosening mechanism of threaded joints, and the loosening process is divided into two stages.The first stage is the process of the preload reduction due to the local plastic deformation of the thread root material, and the second stage is the micro-slip between the meshing threads,and the change of contacting pressure causes the nut to rotate back.In order to design and select the anti-loosening method better, the relationship between preload and preloading torque was analyzed. And the effects of preload, friction and thread wear on the anti-loosening performance were discussed. Based on the suppression of the relative movement of the thread pair, the advanced anti-loosening methods at home and abroad were analyzed.And based on the results of the lateral vibration test, the performance of some anti-loosening methods was evaluated.This paper provides guidance for the design and selection of threaded connections.
