摘要
针对机床的核心功能部件——电主轴的特点、故障树的相关知识,运用故障树分析法对高速电主轴系统进行故障分析,并找出导致高速电主轴系统发生故障的全部最小割集,为有针对性地改进高速电主轴提供依据。
Aiming at the characteristics of motorized spindle, which is the core function of machine tool, and the knowledge of fault tree,the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the fault of high-speed motorized spindle system,and find out all the minimum cut sets that cause the fault of high-speed motorized spindle system,which provides the basis for improving the high-speed motorized spindle.
