摘要
基于人性化和安全性等方面的考虑,设计一种电动智能晾衣装置,实现衣物的自动晾收。该装置分为升降系统、外推及回收系统、卷帘系统、检测系统和控制系统五部分,建立装置的三维模型,并对装置的主要部件外推和回收系统进行有限元分析,验证其结构强度满足设计要求。该装置实现了晾收衣物的自动化,体现现代和未来家居的发展趋势。
Based on the consideration of humanization and safety, an electric intelligent clothes drying device was designed to achieve automatic clothes drying. The device is divided into five parts: lifting system, extrapolation and recovery system, curtain rolling system, detection system and control system. The three-dimensional model of the device was established, and the finite element analysis of the extrapolation and recovery system of the main components of the device was carried out to verify that its structural strength meet the design requirements. The device realizes the automation of clothes drying and collection, and reflects the development trend of modern and future home.
