Design of LED T5 Lampshade and Bracket Automatic Assembly Platform

介绍LED T5支架的定位装置和将灯罩推入固定槽内的推灯罩装置。灯罩通过电机驱动带动推块将一组灯罩推到固定槽内,由装在固定槽上方的压板压住灯罩,以保证灯罩能平稳的进入灯罩槽内。LED T5支架由输送带送到某个位置后,输送带停止运动,支架在左定位气缸的推动下向右移动,由右定位装置固定好位置之后,上、下定位装置一起将一组支架固定住,然后将灯罩对准支架的灯罩槽,在成型压块和成型模的作用下完成LED T5灯体的装配。

The positioning device of LED T5 bracket and the device of pushing lampshade into fixing groove were introduced. A set of lampshades are pushed into the fixed grooves by push block driven by the motor and then pressed by the pressure boards mounted on the fixed grooves. The process ensures the lampshade can smoothly enter the lampshade slot. After the LED T5 bracket is sent to a certain position by the conveyor belt,the conveyor belt stops moving. The bracket moves to the right under the push of the left positioning air cylinder. After the right positioning device fixes the position,the upper and lower positioning devices fix a group of brackets together. Then the lampshade is aligned with lampshade bracket. LED T5 lamp body assembly is completed by the molding press block and the mold.
