摘要 针对目前旋转机械早期故障诊断系统的现状和工程实际需要,基于Windows系统为开发平台,采用图形化语言技术和Matlab为开发工具,研制一套基于GUI的旋转机械早期故障诊断系统。系统主要包括信号读取与显示模块、信号分析诊断模块、分析结果显示等功能模块。可实现对信号读取、滤波、时域分析、频域分析、经验模态分解与希尔伯特变换、双谱分析、自适应带宽限制信号BS-EMD混叠消除、流形学习降维及故障分类识别等功能。最后进行实验测试分析,验证其可靠性和实用性。 Aiming at the present situation of early fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery and the actual needs of engineering,a GUI-based early fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery was developed based on Windows system as the development platform, graphical language technology and MATLAB as the development tool. The system mainly includes signal reading and display module, signal analysis and diagnosis module,analysis results display and other functional modules. It can realize the functions of signal reading, filtering, time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, empirical mode decomposition and Hilbert transform, bispectrum analysis, BS-EMD aliasing elimination of adaptive bandwidth-limited signals, manifold learning dimensionality reduction and fault classification and recognition. Finally,the reliability and practicability of the system were verified by experimental test and analysis.
