摘要
设计一款基于PLC控制的300 t数控油压机电控系统,对主电路和控制电路的动作情况进行分析,对主要的硬件进行选型。该系统对压力、流量控制精准,稳定性好,具有手动和自动模式,且自动模式安全可靠,通过显示屏可以随时了解系统的工作状态,具有高效和节能的优点。
A 300 t CNC hydraulic press electronic control system based on PLC control was designed, the action of the main circuit and the control circuit was analyzed, and the main hardware was selected. The system has precise pressure, flow control, good stability, manual and automatic mode, and automatic mode is safe and reliable, through the display can understand the working state of the system at any time, with the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving.
