摘要
轧机牌坊是轧制机组中重量最大部件,牌坊吊装往往是机组安装过程的难点所在。结合中铝瑞闽1+3铝连轧项目,研发了专用轧机牌坊吊装转运装置,利用该装置作为轧机牌坊的一端承重支点,与车间天车组成一个类似于"抬吊状态"的平衡系统,通过"逐端循环换钩+绕支点旋转"组合方式,完成轧机牌坊的卸车和转运工序。在轧机底座上表面设置柔索铰接支点,利用"扳倒法"将牌坊旋转竖立,最后利用液压机在底部托顶下降措施将轧机牌坊放置到位。
The mill stand is the heaviest part in the rolling mill, and the hoisting of the mill stand is often the difficult point in the installation process of the mill. Combined with China Aluminum Group's Rui min Aluminum Inc 1 + 3 aluminum continuous rolling project,a special lifting and transporting device for mill stand was developed. The device was used as one end bearing fulcrum of mill stand and a balancing system similar to "cooperative lifting" was formed with workshop crane. The unloading and transshipment process of the mill stand was completed by the cyclic action of "the crane hook only lifts one end of the mill stand,the other end was placed on the turntable and rotates around the axis of the turntable". The steel wire rope articulated fulcrum was arranged on the upper surface of the mill base,and the mill stand was rotated and erected by the method of "rotating 90 degrees upright",and finally the mill stand was placed in place by the bottom hydraulic press.
