摘要
为了方便测取滚轮式玉米气吸式排种器粒距合格指数、重播指数和漏播指数等性能指标,设计了结构简单、性能测取方便的气吸式排种器试验台,重点确定气吸式精量排种器主要结构。当玉米滚轮式气吸式排种器试验台在排种盘转速为197 r/min、气吸室负压为4 kPa、排种盘型孔直径4 mm的工作参数条件下,粒距合格指数为96.8%、漏播指数为2.2%、重播指数为1%,满足相关排种试验指标。
In order to easily measure performance index such as seed spacing qualified index,reseeding index and leakage-sowing index of the maize roller type air-suction seed metering device,the air-suction seed metering experimental table with simple structure and convenient performance measurement was designed,and the main structure of air-suction seed metering device was emphatically determined.Under the operating parameters of the maize roller type air-suction seed metering experimental table with seed metering disk rotation speed of 197 r/min,negative pressure of air suction chamber of 4 kPa,and diameter of seed metering disk hole of 4 mm,the seed spacing qualified index was 96.8%,leakage-sowing index was 2.2%,and reseeding index was 1%,which met the related seed metering test indexes.
