农场科学管理探讨

Discussion on Scientific Management of Farms

我国社会经济的高速发展带动了农业的发展。我国已进入适度规模化的农业发展阶段,但在农场规模扩张的同时,农场管理仍依旧停留在粗放式管理阶段。农场规模和管理模式不同步,造成了资源浪费和生产低效率等问题。因此,必须强化农场经营管理,才能实现农场可持续发展。科学管理方式中的精细化管理符合农场管理,通过精细化管理,农场资源能够被合理利用,农场的各个生产因素都能够保持良好的状态,顺利地完成各项生产任务。本文探讨了农机、土地资源、人力资源等3个方面的精细化管理,以期为农场的科学管理提供参考。

The rapid development of social economy in China has driven the development of agriculture.China has entered the stage of moderate large-scale agricultural development,at the same time of farm scale expansion,farm management is still at the stage of extensive management.The asynchronism of farm scale and management mode has resulted in waste of resources and inefficiency of production.Therefore,farm management must be strengthened to make the farm sustainable.Fine management in scientific management mode conforms to farm management.Through fine management,the resources of the farm can be reasonably utilized,and all production factors of the farm can be kept in a good state to successfully complete various production tasks.The paper discussed the fine management of agricultural machinery,land resources and human resources,in order to provide references for the scientific management of farms.
