揿针埋针疗法在骨科卧床便秘患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of sputum needle embedding therapy in patients with orthopedic bed constipation

目的:探讨中医外治揿针埋针疗法对骨科卧床便秘患者应用的效果。方法:选取本院骨伤科卧床便秘患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予膳食指导联合穴位推拿按摩中医护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施体穴揿针配合耳穴埋针中医外治疗法。对比两组患者便秘改善有效率及排便情况。结果:观察组患者便秘改善有效率明显高于对照组;两组患者首次排便时间无明显差异,无统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者除首次排便残留感觉以外,两次排便间隔时间及每次排便时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:由护理人员操作的揿针埋针治疗操作简便,节省时间,动态留针,效应累积,可明显缓解骨科长期卧床便秘患者临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and sputum acupuncture on patients with orthopedic bed constipation.Methods: Sixty patients with constipation in the orthopedics department of our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases each. The control group was given dietary guidance combined with acupoint massage and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention. The observation group was treated with acupuncture points and acupuncture points on the basis of the control group. Contrast was compared between the two groups to improve efficiency and defecation. Results: The effective rate of constipation improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the first defecation time between the two groups ( P < 0.05). In the observation group, except for the residual feeling of the first bowel movement, the interval between the two bowel movements and each The time of secondary defecation was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: The needle-buried needle treatment operated by the nursing staff is easy to operate, saves time, dynamic needle retention, and cumulative effect, which can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with long-term bed rest and constipation in orthopedics.
