护理干预对无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗效果影响分析

Effect of nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect of non-invasive ventilator in patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure

目的:通过对无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者实施不同的护理方法,比较两组的治疗效果,探究两种护理方法的特点。方法:从2017年1月至2018年8月来本院诊治的COPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者中随机抽取86例,男性36例,女性50例,年龄60～78岁,平均年龄为(63.00±4.25)岁。随机分为对照组43例:实施常规护理;观察组43例:实施常规护理+综合护理。结果:观察组SaO_2、PaO_2、PaCO_2分别为(96.55±6.72)mmHg、(92.32±5.18)mmHg、(38.23±4.25)mmHg,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后FEV1水平(L)、FEV1/FVC(%)水平分别为(1.98±0.52)和(58.29±7.18),均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过综合护理干预可以有效提高无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者的肺功能,提高患者总满意度。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of two kinds of nursing methods by comparing the therapeutic effects of two groups of patients with COPD and respiratory failure treated by non-invasive ventilator. Methods: From January 2017 to August 2018,86 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were randomly selected,including 36 males and 50 females. The age ranged from 60 to 78 years,with an average age of(63.00±4.25)years. 43 cases were randomly divided into control group: Implementing routine nursing care;43 cases were randomly divided into observation group:implementing routine nursing care + comprehensive nursing.Results: The observed groups of SaO 2,PaO 2 and PaCO 2 were(96.55±6.72)mmHg,(92.32±5.18)mmHg and (38.23±4.25)mmHg,which were higher than the control group ( P < 0.05). The FEV1 level (L) and FEV1/FVC (%) level of the observation group were respectively observed. The results were(1.98±0.52)and(58.29± 7.18),which were higher than the control group ( P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the pulmonary function of COPD patients with respiratory failure treated by non-invasive ventilator,and improve the total satisfaction of patients.
