临床护理路径在白内障护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of clinical nursing pathway in cataract nursing

目的:分析临床护理路径在白内障护理中的应用价值。方法:选择本院2015年1月至2018年6月收治的172例白内障患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组86例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行临床护理路径,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者护理满意度为95.35%,明显高于对照组的77.91%,相对比,P<0.05(χ~2=13.0972)。观察组并发症发生率为5.81%,明显低于对照组的22.09%,相对比,P<0.05(χ~2=9.3782)。结论:给予白内障患者临床护理路径,利于术后患眼视力恢复,提高护理满意度,值得在临床上应用。

Objective:Analyze the value of clinical nursing pathways in cataract care. Methods: 172 cataract patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,with 86 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group underwent clinical nursing pathways in the control group to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group [77.91%,relative ratio,P < 0.05 (χ^2=13.0972)].The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.81%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.09%). The relative ratio was P < 0.05 (χ^2=9.3782).Conclusion: Giving the clinical nursing path to cataract patients is beneficial to the recovery of visual acuity after surgery and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worthy of clinical use.
