心理护理对焦虑症病人睡眠质量的影响研究

Effect of psychological nursing on sleep quality of patients with anxiety

目的:分析心理护理对焦虑症病人睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择本院2015年3月至2017年12月收治的156例焦虑症患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组78例。对照组患者给予一般护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合心理护理,比较分析两组睡眠改善情况。结果:观察组睡眠障碍(0.78±0.34)分、睡眠时间(0.81±0.17)分、睡眠效率(0.92±0.31)分、入睡时间(0.68±0.12)分、PSQI评分(5.18±1.08)分,显著低于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。观察组患者焦虑评分为(30.09±5.73)分,明显低于对照组的(41.09±5.99)分,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:对焦虑症患者采取心理护理,可使患者失眠的现象减轻,能够显著改善患者的睡眠质量,降低PSQI评分。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on sleep quality of patients with anxiety disorder. Methods: 156 patients with anxiety disorder admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and observation group, with 78 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given general care, and the observation group was based on the combined psychological care in the control group to compare and analyze the sleep improvement of the two groups.Results:The sleep disturbance (0.78±0.34), sleep time (0.81±0.17), sleep efficiency (0.92±0.31), and sleep time (0.68±0.12) were observed in the observation group. The PSQI score (5.18±1.08) was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was significant, P < 0.05 was statistically significant.The anxiety score of the observation group was (30.09±5.73), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (41.09±5.99). The difference between the two groups was significant ( P < 0.05).Conclusion: Taking psychological care for patients with anxiety can reduce the insomnia of patients, can significantly improve the quality of sleep and reduce the PSQI score, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
