摘要
目的:妊高症产妇分娩期的优质护理要点与体会。方法:将74例妊高症产妇随机分为常规组、研究组,各37例。常规组行常规护理,研究组行优质护理。结果:研究组新生儿Apgar评分、血压指标均优于常规组,且产后子痫发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:妊高症产妇分娩期实施优质护理的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the quality nursing points and experience of pregnant women with preeclampsia. Methods: 74 cases of pregnant women with preeclampsia were randomly divided into routine groups, 37 cases, routine group routine nursing, and group quality nursing. Results: The neonatal Apgar score and blood pressure index were better than that of the conventional group, and the postpartum eclampsia than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of high quality nursing in pregnant women with preeclampsia is remarkable.
