亚洲人群微RNA-146a基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中关系的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的综合评价miR-146a基因rs2910164多态性与脑卒中发病的相关性。方法通过PubMed、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)及中国知网、万方、维普数据库,收集有关mi R-146a基因rs2910164多态性与脑卒中相关性的病例-对照研究的文献,检索时限均从建库至2018年11月。由2名研究者分别独立按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Stata 12.0软件进行数据分析。结果本研究纳入9个病例研究共6 991例,包括3 428例患者(病例组)和3 563例对照(对照组)。Meta分析结果显示未发现miR-146a基因rs2910164多态性与缺血性脑卒中的发生在亚洲人群的相关性[G与C:OR=1.09,95%CI(0.95,1.26),P=0.21;GG与CC:OR=1.20,95%CI(0.88,1.65),P=0.25;GC与CC:OR=1.12,95%CI (1.01,1.24),P=0.03;GG+GC与CC:OR=1.13,95%CI (0.97,1.32),P=0.11;GG与GC+CC:OR=1.14,95%CI(0.88,1.47),P=0.33]。结论亚洲人群miR-146a基因rs2910164多态性可能与缺血性脑卒中易感性没有关系。 Objective To comprehensively evaluate the association between miR-146a gene polymorphism and risk of ischemic stroke. Methods All the case-control studies about the association between miR-146a gene polymorphism and ischemic stroke in Asians population were searched in PubMed, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu Database from the inception to November 2018. Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias from the included studies. Then the meta analysis was performed with Stata 12.0 software. Results Nine case-control studies involving 3 428 patients of ischemia stroke and 3 563 controls were included in the final analysis. There was no significance about the association between mir-146a gene rs2910164 polymorphism and the risk of ischemic stroke in Asians population.(G vs. C:OR=1.09, 95%CI 0.95 to 1.26, P=0.21;GG vs. CC:OR=1.20, 95%CI 0.88 to 1.65, P=0.25;GC vs. CC:OR=1.12, 95%CI 1.01 to 1.24,P=0.03;GG+GC vs. CC:OR=1.13, 95%CI 0.97 to 1.32, P=0.11;GG vs. GC+CC:OR=1.14, 95%CI 0.88 to 1.47, P=0.33 ). Conclusion This Meta-analysis provides evidence that there is no association between the miR-146a gene rs2910164 polymorphism and risk of ischemic stroke in Asians population.
